Hi, I’m Barry.

I’ve had a love of baking, and eating cakes, for a while now so I decided to find a place where I can share my bakes, recipes, favourite cake places and anything else I feel is relevant.

I currently work in hospitality and keep some “interesting” hours so please excuse me if my posts are somewhat sporadic.
